Why does the game deliberately scam players?

There are options that allow you to earn in-game coins through surveys or similar tasks. I spent a lot of time completing them, but in the end, I didn't receive the rewards. I realized that it was a scam, even though I followed the steps correctly ??!!!

I am sorry you are having issues with the free offers. Unfortunately, OSM can't do much about it. Offers are provided by external partners, who also handle them. So if you didn't received the Bosscoins, you should contact the provider from which the offers originated from. You can do that within the offerwall.
