I dont receive ads or packs on the shop

Hi guys. I started to play this game like a week ago, and I saw that my friends got packs on shop and a button that give ads then rewards like money or golden coins. How can I get them too? I emailed the support but they didn't help me at all.

Hi there,

Welcome to OSM.

The different packs in the OSM shop can be found if you click/tap on your Bosscoins supply (next to your Club Funds). Keep in mind that some offers on packs are personal and you might not see them listed.

The three ads for Club Funds and Bosscoins are listed on the Finance page (click/tap on your Club Funds). You can also start the first of the three ads automaticaly if you tap on the orange claim + video button in the OSM app after you have finished Match Experience.

Now I have the packs on shop, but the video button don't appear on my osm app. Thats the issue. And I have the latest version of the game. I can't update the game more.

Can you be more specific with the issue of the video button? Which button are you refering to?

I also tried to Uninstal the game several times but it doesn't work. I also clear de cache memory. Same thing. Don't work.

@Rusnaia If you click on you bosscoin-count where you enter the shop this button should reappear, i'm pretty certain i've had this issue before

I've bought the starter pack. I received the 24M, positionchanges, but not the 200 Boss coins wich came with them. @FC-Eddie_NL

@Sjappi_NL try restarting the game, i have this often and do receive my coins later
