POP UP AFTER MATCH

Dear all,
Is it only me who are feel disturbed by the pop-up after simulation that keep showing whenever you open your apps, no matter I opened it once or third time, or one hundred time a day, it keep pop-up,
is it possible to make the pop up to show just ONCE, or maybe have a check box to choose to close the pop-up for today?
the pop up windows that I mean are below :

Manager Point pop-up
Total Income pop-up

is it possible to make it just appear ONCE perday? or make it not appears again after match simulation?

I have the same issue!, seems like a bug but its been forever.

Have you tapped on the claim buttom? If not, then that is probably the reason why it keeps popping up.

@FC-Eddie_NL Yes, that is the only option to get past this screen. i get to see my +- points at least 8x per day.

I had tapped the claim button, same like Ryan Cereza, never dissappeared. let me give you the screenshot below

this was my third/fourth login of today, and it still showing.

after I claimed it I closed the apk again, and opened it again and it still popped up like below

I am agree with Ryan Cereza, I think it is a small bug that appears. because not only one sub-account, whenever I login to other sub-account, it is also keep popping up

hope it can be solved, because I feel disturbed by this pop up

Is this on the iOS app or the Android app? And have you already tried to delete cache/app data and see if that solves it?

I am on iOS 17.6.1, I will try your suggestion and try it again. inform you again in here later

Hi Eddie, unfortunately there is no option to clear cache/app data in iOS version.

and these few days I have realized that sometimes it is not appears (seldom) but mostly it will reappears.
so I think it might be some little bug in iOS version.
