If you do not receive the Bosscoins inmediately, you should be able to claim them through the career page. If that also doesn't work then you should contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
