Why has career games and records been removed from our profiles?

this game just goes from bad to worse as I return to it. I first played in 2009 and mostly played from 2011-2015 but no longer have my old accounts.

so in this case i dont mind as I dont have attachments to this account (reminder this is my only account present date before you mods get trigger happy) im familiar with the rules... but imagine I had my old accounts with 1000+ games in total between 3/4 slots... that would be frustrating. what gives you the impression that people would enjoy that?

I agree, people play for 10+ years and suddenly if they take a sabathical of 2 years or something like that they have their profiles deleted.. they are saying its because of some sort of GDPR which is rubbish excuse as you can easilly put gdpr compliance check in when opening an account and people can check if tehy want to ahve opened account longer when they are taking a break.

It is really sad that many legends who played the game around 2010's are now deleted and even if they would like to come back they cannot because all their achievements have been deleted. One of the worst decisions I have seen in this game (neck to neck with switching manager points with this system of medals which has no logic)...

How this works exaclty, I don't know. But it looks like @Majstor-Matt knows excactly how these privacy laws work, so you can ask him if you would have some more questions about it.
