It's a well known bug,so you dont need to be rude, theyre working on it, this problem is on every server. Be patience, it's not like theyre sitting and doing nothing.

I know it's annoying, but these things can happen and it's also not always solved quickly.
Anyway, issue should be fixed. If not, then remove cookies and cache of the browser first
