Hi there,
I'm assuming you are talking about the doctor. Once the timer has reached zero, you can finish it and then the amount of injury days will be reduced. If for some reason this doesn't work, then try to remove the cookies and cache of the browser.
If you are talking about the lawyer: he can only reduce the amount of suspension days once. After that, you can't use him for that specific player.
