I can’t open my Manager Slot 3 and 4. The number one slot and 2 it opens my manager career but the other will open just on browser not on app

That's probably because you are a new user. Normally, you have to play a number of matches on your first slot before the other manager slots opens up. You can try removing the OSM app and re-installing it again to see if that solves the issue. Make sure to have a way to log in to your account again before deleting the OSM app, or you lose acces to your account.
If removing and re-installing the OSM app doesn't solve the issue, then it's best to contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
