Missing Coins and Referral Reward

I’m writing to report an issue with my account. I noticed that 29 coins disappeared from my balance without explanation, and I haven’t received the 50-coin reward for inviting a friend. My friend completed all the steps required for the referral, but the reward hasn’t been credited to my account.

For both issues you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
