I bought 525 coins for 5 euros and the money was deducted from my account but my coin did not arrive.

Sometimes they are not added to your account inmediately. If that's the case then you should be able to claim them through the career page. Or you can try to log out and back in or restart the OSM app.
If that also doesn't work, then you will have to contact our customer support. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
