Bug of adding universal trainer

When I added a universal trainer from the web version, I got an error when I first added it and it appeared that it was not added and 25 stones were lost.
When I tried it a second time, it did not give any error but 25 stones were lost again.
When I enter from Android, the universal trainer appears but my extra 25 stones are lost -
