Hi there,
The created account only works on the version it was created on. If that account has been created on OSM NL then you can't use that account on OSM World.
The account that you created this topic with is located on OSM World. So you can use this account to play with your friends on the World version.

Yes, I know that, but the app won’t let me open it when I select OSM world although I am not logged in into any account. -
What error message do you get when you try to log in?

something went wrong with launching OSM. please come back later. tried reinstalling. the app is updated… -
Ah, oké. That error message usually pops up when an old account on OSM interferes with a newly created account. In order to help fix it, you will have to contact our customer support. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
