Why are transfers slower in one of my leagues but fast in my other?

before you say its automated and can't be controlled, i realised on my second account i sell players if I'm lucky once per day and thats low rated players that can be sold for max listing pretty fast. so under 80-82 rating. I'm trying to get money for a legend and I've been struggling to even SELL 1 let alone all 4 for over a day now and have less than a day till the legends disappear.
However, on my other account I sold so many players in the first few game weeks and if you even check my account and compare both teams you can see theres a big difference with only like 3 game weeks between. Thats because the second account transfers are super slow.
