Moderator account of a league got deleted

Hello OSM Support Team,

I’m reaching out in the hope that you can help me with a situation I deeply regret.

I was the moderator of a private league called Gala RXF, which I created especially to play with my friends. Unfortunately, I requested the deletion of my account before creating the league and i completly forgot about it and now my account got deleted (that was really a poor move by me)

The league had been planned for a long time between us, and now that I can’t rejoin (as it is now moderated by OSM), everyone else has lost motivation to continue. The whole point of the league is gone.

Please, if there's any way to make an exception and allow me to rejoin the league with my new account, I would be truly grateful. I don’t want the moderator role back — I just want to play again with my friends.

Yeas, please, help this poor guy get his team back, he really messed up and he's really sad and we need him back, to be a big happy friend group!

Hi there,

You can try going to the customer support and ask your question there. You can find the customer support through the below link.

https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to also state the managername of your old account.

I can't garantuee that they want to do that. If not, then you can create a new league with this new account and invite your friends to join that league. Your friends can also leave the old league once the first match has been played and then join the new league that you created.
