Can't login on iphone app

Hi
I can login on the website but I can't login on the app with the same credentials. I get the message "Je kunt niet inloggen omdat je managernaam of wachtwoord niet correct is".
I'm using the same password manager to login on the website so I'm 100% sure the credentials are correct.
I'm on iPhone by the way.Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi there,
You will get that error message when you are trying to log in on the wrong version of OSM. With OSM NL (Dutch version) and OSM World (international version) we have two versions of OSM that act independentaly from each other. That means that an account created on one version can't be used on the other version.
Your account has been created on the World version. If you want to log in with that account on the OSM app then you will have to change the region. Go to the settings of your phone and then to the settings of the OSM app. There you can change the region from OSM NL to OSM World.
