To Game Management – Where is the Arabic Forum and the Global/Local Rankings?
-
Hello,
I have been playing OSM (Online Soccer Manager) since 2013 (and even before that, following it since 2011). I truly love this game, but honestly, what made me love it even more was the Arabic Forum. It was the heart of the community where players interacted, discussed strategies, solved problems, and created challenges.
Back in the day, we faced many issues, and I personally contacted the game management suggesting that the forum needed a restructure in moderation and better organization, but unfortunately, there was no response.
Now, after many years, I came back and was shocked to see that the Arabic Forum has completely disappeared, and also that the Global and Local Rankings are no longer available.
As veteran players (with over 12 years in the game), we need our voices to be heard and our presence to be respected. Without the Arabic Forum, the community spirit is gone, and without the rankings, the competitive side of the game has lost a big part of its excitement.
Our requests are simple and clear:
1. Bring back the Arabic Forum officially.
2. Restore the Global and Local Rankings.We are not asking for something new – just to bring back what already existed and made the game more enjoyable and engaging. We still love OSM, and we want to see it improve, not lose its identity.

Hi there,
The Arabic forum was removed at the beginning of this year because it became inactive. There were no new posts and topics created, so there was no reason to keep that forum.
Global and local rankings are still there. On the webversion of OSM you will find them via Community
Ranking. In the OSM app you can tap on ranking on the home page. It might be that they don't show up yet as you have been inactive. If that's the case then they will be shown again 24 hours after your first login since you got back.

Hi,
I would like to clarify something important. Over the past 2–3 years, I personally contacted Special One many times to fix the situation of the Arabic forum. Unfortunately, every time I sent him messages, he simply deleted them without any action. Because of this lack of response, the forum went downhill and became inactive.
@Special One
The truth is, the inactivity of the Arabic forum was not because players didn’t care, but because the moderation was extremely poor. I and many others reported this issue to you, but instead of listening, we were told that we were wrong.It is worth reminding you that the Arabic forum was once the most active forum in the entire history of OSM. Due to neglect and lack of proper management, it slowly turned into an abandoned place.
That’s why I believe the Arabic forum should not have been removed. The Arabic community has its own problems and discussions that cannot be replaced by general forums. By removing it, it feels like you don’t want Arab players to be part of this game.
I strongly request that you reconsider this decision and bring back the Arabic forum. I am personally ready and willing to take the responsibility to manage and revive it, and I am confident it can become active and successful again if handled properly.
Thank you.
Remember 2013-2019 what the best forum in OSM , there are many forums not working not just Arabic forum

Also, by removing the Arabic forum, you did not show respect to the long history and legacy of the Arabic community in OSM. That forum was a big part of the game’s success for Arab players, and deleting it in this way feels like ignoring everything we built together over the years.

@SpecialOne
I want to remind you that I contacted you many times in the past regarding the problems of the Arabic forum. Unfortunately, you ignored my messages and even deleted them instead of addressing the issues. Because of this lack of action, the forum kept getting worse until it became abandoned. -
Sadly the game will never be the same again, they changed focus and sadly constantly are moving in the same directions. I understand that money is important and people must get paid for their work, but sometimes simply you must work on quality, competitivity and details.. and by removing competivie global ranking, allowing cheaters to occupy medal rankings and not working on improvin that for years, by removing oficial OSM WC event and stuff like that the game is showing that they do not care that much about compeitivity and quality of the game content. Thats why Top Eleven app has more than 100+M downloads, more than double than OSM even though its almost 10 years younger, and it is constantly growing and growing... Oh well, I can go on and on, but I tried many times in past and it never had any result so thats enough ranting from me for now. : D
