    Hello, about 2 hours ago I purchased the X-Large package for my "Aresimi" team (my third club at slots), but it hasn’t been added to my account. The money has been withdrawn from my bank account (not a credit card, a debit card).

    Could you please look into this? I’ve bought it many times before and it always appeared instantly in my account — this is the first time something like this has happened.

      Hi there,

      If you buy a Pack from the OSM Store that contains items - Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Pack - it will be added to your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). If you don't find it in your inventory, you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify your purchase and add the Club Funds if neccessary. You will find our customer support through the below link.

      Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form. Add proof of payment to speed up the process.

      Depending on how busy it is, it might take a couple of days before you receive a reply.
