Can’t log in on my iPhone, but account works on another device
-
Hello OSM Support Team,
I am facing an issue with my account. When I try to log in on my iPhone, I receive this error message: “You can’t login anymore with these credentials. Please contact our Support.”
However, when I use the same account on another iPhone, it works normally without any problem. This means my account is active, but it is blocked or restricted on my current device.
Could you please check my account and help me fix this issue so I can log in on my device again?
Thank you for your support

Hi there,
You could try to remove the OSM app and re-install it again. Perhaps that will solve the issue.

Your login issue is specific to your iPhone, not your account, since it works on another device. The error message is likely due to a device-level problem, such as a network connectivity issue or corrupted app data. To fix it, try switching your network (Wi-Fi to cellular), resetting your network settings, or, most effectively, deleting and reinstalling the OSM app.

This does not work and I have the exact same issue. A friend of mine has it too. How can we solve it?
