Wrong player added to my squad without permission (Tottenham - Slot 1)

Hello,
I play OSM and my team in slot 1 is Tottenham.
After finishing the league and entering the Winners Cup, I found a player named Solomon with an unwanted nationality added to my squad without my permission.
I am 100% sure I never signed or bought this player, and nobody else has access to my account.I was forced to sell the player immediately and even spent 5 Boss Coins to get rid of him quickly.
This caused me both emotional stress and an unfair financial loss.I demand an official investigation, a refund of the 5 Boss Coins I lost, and fair compensation for the damage caused to me both emotionally and in terms of unfair gameplay.
I also request an official apology letter sent to my email:I expect a fast and clear response.

Let me start by saying that demanding something is completely unnecessary and won't get you anywhere. Also: no one forced you to quick sell that player. You could have put him on the transferlist and sold him that way or you could have asked about the issue first before making any rash decisions. Quick selling him was your own decision.
Now about the issue itself: this looks like a 'ghost' player. Tottemham Hotspur has loaned out Solomon to Villareal for the current season. For some reason that players seems to be put back in your Tottenham Hotspur squad. Why that happens is the million dollar question. I will report this to the admins.
