Issue Regarding Crew Battle Match Times and Timezone Conflict

**Hello,
I am writing this on behalf of the Sons Of Anatolia Academy (SOA) crew. I am currently based in England, while my teammates are located in Turkey. To ensure a suitable simulation time, we adjusted our preferred match times to 17:00 in our profiles. However, in our newly started Crew Battle, the match time has been set to 01:00 GMT (England) and 04:00 TRT (Turkey).
As the SOA family, our gameplay relies heavily on analyzing the opponent and making tactical adjustments until the final minutes before the simulation. These current hours (01:00 and 04:00 AM) are extremely inconvenient and prevent us from executing our tactical coordination effectively.
I would like to ask the following questions:
Is there any way to modify the match start time in an ongoing Crew Battle league?
If it is not possible to change it now, what is the definitive solution to prevent this in future battles? We did not experience this issue in the past; has there been a recent change in the Battle creation system?

This is unfortunately impossible to set in a way that it pleases ALL users playing a battle. Preferred time is only used on leagues created by user or leagues provided when users are searching for a team to pick.
This is the text you can find when setting up preferred time:
We will take your preferences into account when you join a new league. Please note that matches may not always be scheduled at your preferred time.
