On the edit profile section in the forum, you can change a few things. Scroll down a bit to change bio.
I don't know if you can set up a profile picture through the forum. Might be that the owner of this forum has disabled that function. If so, then you can change your profile picture in OSM itself (only a selective amount of pictures, you can't upload your own picture).
After updating
go to forum log out of forum (not closing browser/tab) log out of your OSM account Log back in and go the forum. New profile picture should display in the forum. -
