Oh I loved this one Roy! Back to the good old vinyl days ! And this post made me search to find more about this italian song. Hmmm... Magnifico..
" La telefonata
Sono innamorata
Malata per te...E tutto blu
Ci piace di piu
I think I, I think I
Love you! " -

Brilliant! Thanks mate! Found it and saved it on my youtube files.
New age, ethnic, tribal , however you wanna call it, this kind of music makes us dance and lose ourselves in the lands of foreign spirits...
Here's another musical journey for you. -

A 'different' song. You can watch with english subtitle.
Thank you Pink Floyd.
Can I really hug you?
I think I'd feel comfortably happy around you... -

Beautiful compilation indeed. Made me cry .. Sad in a way but so soothing melodies. Thank you my dear Marinus.
These 30 minutes of relaxation are also saved now in my files. -

@rafelmaz How about going further back to the 70s?
Led Zep albums 1- 4 (Four sticks) were the first rock vinyl LPs I bought.
Wonder how many guys recognize the riff, turns up in a few more modern songs, innit.
Oh I hear you bro. Good old rock music coming from legendary bands helped few more recent singers to look like " bad ass " ... Haha... Ain't that funny?

@guiz90 What do you mean Guido?
Mysterious in what way? I liked the guy.
Besides... Who doesn't like a bit of mystery now and then?Liberato appears on the Italy scene about a year ago, but nobody knows about him. He has released just few songs, it's a sort of "ghost artist" Nobody has seen his face, so it's very mysterious
-
@supernova-8 sure
-
@hans-orf Well Stewart, you mentioning the Buckleys father & son made me recall of another famous example. John Lennon's son: Julian. And oh my gosh! Gotta thank you for this mate. Haven't listened to these songs by Julian for ages. It was lovely... Muah!
Also I've prepared a medley of songs , inspired by one of Julian Lennon's song titles. Key word: Saltwater
Love them allOn the last song posted here, we have another example of an old hit being transformed to a new modern dance hit. The old hit is called : True , by the english band : Spandau Ballet, released in 1983.

@comfortablynumb1903 Thank you Emre.
You're such a sweetheart. -
@guiz90 Hmmm, interesting. But you know what Guido? It reminds me of what happened with Sia. Show business is so hard dear. Sometimes true diamonds are found by producers, gifted singers that their looks are maybe not as beautiful or charming enough as the music industry demands. So they find ways to throw and test a new talent out in the world without risking of being rejected due to his or hers natural appearance. Kinda bitter but its the truth. But I believe in the end, a great voice wins them all !
-
@supernova-8 thanks, you too
-
@supernova-8 and the riff is also in the more rocky Rage against the Machine -
Amazing live. Them, Senser and Black Rebel Motorcycle club are probably my fav live rock bands I have seen, thus far ;).
