League will be created by me (Staff tools) next Monday, 17th August around 19:30 or 20:00 UTC Time.
Then, our league moderator (MMBatista) will send invitations to all of you, be patient because we all have a life outside OSM and soon or later you will receive it. You must choose team assigned in this post, if you pick a wrong team you and your crew are out from FMS during one year.If you have any doubt, just ask me before do something wrong.
Before create league, i will share the first "Prediction form", where you can complete it with your vote for League Top 4 (Winner, Runner up and semifinalists). Stay tunned! -

Hello all,
In 10-15 minutes the league will be created and you all are going to receive the invitation as soon as possible.
You must choose your team assigned but if you have a mistake and pick another... Don't touch nothing! Just PM me about it and the 1st time i will fix it, the 2nd time you and your crew are out.Of course, i will be taking a look to the league during the night but I'm human and I need the sleep so if you join the league and pick a wrong team or your team have been taken and I don't reply you in 15-20 minutes... Just wait until I fix it in the morning, please
I hope you all know what to do and we don't get any problem.

This time, we already have 30 of 32 managers in the league and we didn't have any problem, good job
I introduce you all the one and only Prediction form for this round, where we want to know who will be the best 4 managers from Asian Champions.
TOP 4 Prediction form
TOP 4 - 2nd round
- 2 points if you guess the manager.
- 5 points if you guess the manager in the exactly position. (Semifinal - 2nd position - Winner)
Remember that only a manager per place is valid... You can choose same manager in all of them but it's not valid!
If you make something wrong, just let me know by private message and I will fix it or reset it to let you introduce your choice again.Everyone can send their votes, you and your crew don't need to play FMS to participate!

While we are waiting to see first matches in this final round... Let's remind our main rules and FAQs:
Event rules
- All OSM Rules must be followed.
- Break rules can be punished with lost of league points, be disqualified from competition or be suspended/locked, depends on the seriousness of the matter.
- Set a player in a different position gives you a -3 points per player the 1st time. Next time, punishment will be major.
- Buy a player from another manager team cheaper than 200% player's value gives you -6 points per player to your crew 1st time. 2nd time you will be out from league.
FAQs
Q: Can we use instant sale?
A: Yes, you can.Q: Can we buy players at the moment we enter in the league?
A: Yes, you can but if you are the league moderator you must, first of all, send league invitations, let me know by PM or forum and then you can buy players if you want it.Q: Can we use a player in a different position?
A: No, you can't. If you do it, you will receive a punishment depending of the severity of it and if it's your 1st time or not.Q: This weekend we have special players event. Can we buy them?
A: Yes, you can.Q: During 2nd round, when managers are eliminated and resign from their teams. Can we buy or sell player to those CPU teams?
A: Yes, you can but be sure it's an offer from/to a CPU team.Q: Can we buy players from other human teams?
A: Yes, you can but always at 200% of player's value or more.

In 3-4 days we are going to reach to end of the actual FMS edition... Just for your information, here is a remind of our schedule for next edition:
FMS 4th edition - Schedule
- From 07/09 to 13/09 - Sign up.
- From 14/09 to 16/09 - Prepare leagues and contact managers.
- 17/09 - 1st round starts.
- 16/10 - 2nd round starts. (Maybe we need to change it to Monday 19/10)
