I am using Tottenham in PL
I bought a new goalkeeper and a new forward...
I was thinking about 4-3-3B but idk what tactics to use or whether to change the formation knowing that my defense is weak and my midfield isn't too good. What do u suggest I do?

I'd definitely recommend using counter-attack,
5-3-1-1 - Counter Attack - Midfielders support the defenders - 30 / 30 / 75 / - Zonal - No Offside.

5-3-2, Counter Attack - Midfielders support the defenders - 30 / 30 / 75 / - Zonal - No Offside.
This is going to be easy for you because 4-5-1 won't work with Counter-Attack.

I want to ask if you have any tactic that can beat 5-3-1-1, I'm trying to avoid relegation in a tournament (however I wouldn't relegate with a loss though), and any points are valuable, my opponent is 19 OVR better than me (105 > 84), and he's playing counter-attack and has Zonal Marking, no Offside trap, Level 3 pitch, and I'm away. Any tips?

Your best bet is to counter his 5-3-1-1 with a 5-3-2, 17 / 25 / 75, midfield supports the defence, zonal, no offside.
I think you should be able to get a draw, minimally.

Stick with 4-3-3 A, Wide Play, 80 / 85 / 80, Zonal, No Offside. You should be able to win it easily.

I would recommend you to either go 5-3-1-1 or 5-3-2, Counter Attack, 30 / 30 / 75, Zonal, No Offside, Make sure your midfield helps the defence! The style of play depends on the color of your referee of course.

Since he's weaker, I'd recommend you go 3-4-3 B, 70 / 70 / 85, Wide Play, Offside Trap ON, Zonal.
