1 - Requirements to join

Invitational tournament, with the best placed managers during editions of this year. If we have a free place, I can determine the best way to assign it as wild card.

Managers who got a place must confirm his/her place by private message!

2 - Event rules

All OSM Rules must be followed.

Managers who have been punished in game between 01/20XX (Previous year) and day that FMS All Stars begins can't take part!

Break rules can be punished with lost of league points, be disqualified from competition or be suspended/locked, depends on the seriousness of the matter.

Set a player in a different position gives you a -3 points per player the 1st time. Next time, punishment will be major.

3 - Event format

1st round: 3 leagues of 12 managers each one, 4 best placed of each league go to final round.

2nd round: 1 league of 12 managers.

For both rounds, we are going to play in Nostalgia league and you can pick the team you prefer. (No BCs compensation, TCs neither STs. Remaining features like friendlies are up to each manager to decide how many they do per round)

This special edition can have prizes too but league points doesn't count for FMS rankings.

If you got a Wild card as crew, you can send the crewmate you want... But it's always better to send someone who played during this year any edition. In case someone doesn't confirm his place, I will contact with the next crew.

I understand someone can think that I don't deserve a wild card just for be the organizer... But remember this is just a friendly tournament

In this moment, we have 60 crews. We have today and tomorrow to see if we have more crews, would be perfect if we have some reserves because always some crews don't enter to the league or just leave after few days...

Then, our leagues moderators will send invitations to all of you, be patient because we all have a life outside OSM and soon or later you will receive it. You can choose team you prefer from the league

Q: Can we reserve a place for my crew and later fill it with the manager?
A: No, you can't. You must complete the template 100% to make a valid sign up.

Q: Can we use instant sale?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: Can we buy players at the moment we enter in the league?
A: Yes, you can but if you are the league moderator you must, first of all, send league invitations, let me know by PM or forum and then you can buy players if you want it.

Q: Can we use a player in a different position?
A: No, you can't. If you do it, you will receive a punishment depending of the severity of it and if it's your 1st time or not.

Q: I am league moderator, Which are my obligations?
A: You just need to send invitations to other managers in your same league assigned. Leagues will be automatically created by Gamebasics.
In compensation, you can choose team that you prefer.

Q: This weekend we have special players event. Can we buy them?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: During 2nd round, when managers are eliminated and resign from their teams. Can we buy or sell player to those CPU teams?
A: Yes, you can but be sure it's an offer from/to a CPU team.

Q: Can we buy players from other human teams?
A: Yes, you can but always at 200% of player's value or more.

Remember that if you don't read/follow the rules, it's your problem and not mine!
