Clarification on the Winners Cup

This is not a complaint, but a request for clarification
On the winners cup is acceptable transference between a team eliminate and team in a competition where the transferences are made by values very different from the market value, the ordinary transferences where the team in competition wins thousands of millions with this transferences?
If they are acceptable, ok. But if they aren t acceptable you should investigate very quickly otherwise the competition gets wounded to death.

@dexterz_1 Yes. Selling players for less than their value and buying for more than their value. Since the knocked out this happens every day between two teams with the benefit for the team who stills in competition.
