League will be created by me (Staff tools) next Monday, 22nd March around 19:30 or 20:30 UTC Time.
Then, our league moderator (Carlosastiz) will send invitations to all of you, be patient because we all have a life outside OSM and soon or later you will receive it. You must choose team assigned in this post, if you pick a wrong team you and your crew are out from FMS during one year.If you have any doubt, just ask me before do something wrong.

31 managers are in the league already. The only thing missing is @Krystek_93 from the Atalanta team.
The invitation has been made since yesterday. And it is certainly highly valued to enter this league. I have not stopped receiving access requests from people who have nothing to do with this tournament.

I want to ask about this matter.
If I accepted this offer from a tournament manager, would anyone be penalized?
It does not reach 200% of the player's value, but it is a direct offer.
If I accept the offer, would it be a breach of the FAIR PLAY? Because I consciously harm another manager.

FAQs
Q: Can we buy players from other human teams?
A: Yes, you can but always at 200% of player's value or more.If you want to accept it, the problem is for the manager who made you an offer without follow FMS rules and FAQs.

I introduce you all the one and only Prediction form for this round, where we want to know who will be the best 4 managers from Champions League.
This time, I'm going to give you all until Friday 26th October to send your prediction.
TOP 4 Prediction form
TOP 4 - 2nd round
- 2 points if you guess the manager.
- 5 points if you guess the manager in the exactly position. (Semifinal - 2nd position - Winner)
Remember that only a manager per place is valid... You can choose same manager in all of them but it's not valid!
If you make something wrong, just let me know by private message and I will fix it or reset it to let you introduce your choice again.Everyone can send their votes, you and your crew don't need to play FMS to participate!

Hello everyone. I take the boldness to congratulate @carlosastiz , brand new champion of the FMS.
I had to face Carlos in the round of 16 and he beat me very well. I want to congratulate him and the Bulls on the title they achieved. It is a pity that there has not been information yet on the semifinals and final but there will be external things I suppose.
Despite the fact that all the groups compete for this tournament, it should be noted that it has remained in the Hispanic community, so that makes me very happy.
Congratulations to everyone who participated and to the Markez organization.
