The Championship (CAP) is recruiting experienced managers or upcoming talent to consolidate our position as the best English speaking crew and help to become the best crew of OSM!

Main Language: English
Crew Activities: Crew Battles, CCW, Crew Leagues, etc...Crew Requirements:
- Able to understand and speak English
- Active
- Install and use Discord (we use Discord for communication, we do not use WhatsApp)
- Reserve one game slot for crew battles
- Reserve one game slot for crew league or any crew tournaments
It doesn't matter if you don't have a game slot open now, but you have to reserve it for crew battles and crew league later after your game is completed.

Well, CAP have too many academies really. I wonder that would the top members need to become boss of the academy crews? Because of this they would play in their academy crews. I don't know how they run such a good system.

Thanks. No, we don't have too many and top members are certainly not boss or playing at academy crews. They all play at the highest level.
The key is to manage it, delegate tasks to the right persons and actively communicate with each other. That's really the strength of CAP, together with a good set of rules and a clear promotion scheme.And since I'm already promoting CAP and we are 1 place closer to the top, might as well post the recruitment promotion again

I wish the same person could create an academy crew to his real crew. Unfortunately, all members are not active. I think GameBasics should add this feature. -
