Where can we see the list of all leagues that give access to WinnersCup?

Before entering a league and signing for a club there is always a sign if league guarantees a place in Winners Cup. I will try and give you a list based on memory as all my slots are full atm. Only top division in this countries give ticket:China
USA
Mexico
Brazil
Argentina
Belgium
England
Italy
Spain
France
Turkey
Netherlands
Russia (not 100% sure for this one)
Germany (if you play on German language)Could have missed one or two but this should be mainly it.
