After completing the lineup registration phase for the R3 of the AAONC, it is time to publish all the information regarding the composition of the leagues and identification of the PMs, as well as to present the League that will be used for the
Group Stage R3.As always we will start by introducing the League that will be used in the Group Stage, and it will be the League of Belgium 2nd Division. In the image below we present the formation of the pools that divided the National teams into 2 groups.

Like in R2 the cross group for the formation of the leagues is the same : A+D and B+C.
We remember again the clashes of R3 and also who will create leagues at this stage.

The names of managers in these lists are correct and this is the correct way to write them. The names of the leagues must be exactly like written here and the PM should respect this indications.
We advise PM's to copy the names that are in the list of the respective league, and add these managers to the list of your friends in the game, in order to be easier when sending invitations to the league. We ask the PM's that, in case they are not available to create their Leagues at the stipulated time, to contact the WNC staff or your National Coaches, to avoid delays or advances in the creation of Leagues to avoid penalties and delays in starting the Play Off. We also ask, as a courtesy, to the PM's to send a message through the game, to the managers of the Leagues they will create, informing them of the approximate time they will create them. Attention! This action is not mandatory, just a way for everyone to organize themselves, in order to enter their respective Leagues as soon as possible and thus all have equal opportunities. We advise managers to pay attention when choosing teams to avoid penalties. And we remind PM that they have to send invitations to their league managers in a row and that they have 15 minutes to do so and cannot exceed the established league creation time, or they will be penalized if they do not respect any of these rules.

Change the NAME of the LEAGUE;STEP 5
Choose your TEAM, and once you enter the League, send the Invitations!And you're done!

Yesterday at the scheduled time for the creation of the leagues, most were created, with the exception of
AAONC-GROUPAD-R3-League1that was authorized by the WNC staff to be created later, andAAONC-GROUPAD-R3-League4andAAONC-GROUPBC-R3-League2which were created after the announced time.Thus, the WNC staff decided to apply the penalty of -20 points to the National teams of Sri Lanka and Algeria that would be responsible for creating the aforementioned leagues, as stated in the WNC regulations.
We already have some National teams that have confirmed their presence in the AAONC Final that will define the next African/Asiatic/Oceanic champion.
