A few minutes ago, National teams registration to participate in WNC U21 2022 closed.

We are very grateful for the commitment shown by the 25 National teams that completed this registration.

As we have been announcing throughout the various publications we have made, and also enshrined in the WNC U21 Regulation, the competition format is built for 24 National teams and it would only be possible to increase the number of participants if we were able to form a new qualification group, which unfortunately is not the case, means that there will be a National team that will remain as a reserve, in case any of the 24 National teams that registered first, withdraw from the competition or do not meet the requirements set out in WNC U21 Regulation.

But first, all Registered National Teams shall proceed with the Lineups Submission. The presence in the Tournament will be effective only after validation by WNC Staff of all Lineups.

We are just over 24 hours away from the creation of R1 leagues, and today we will publish the list of managers and PM of all battles and also a walkthrough to help create them.

As there will be little time until the competition starts, we ask all National Coaches to pay attention to all the information and pass it on to the managers who will play in this R1.

First let's remember the league that will be used in these battles, which will be the Friendly Battle and the teams and budgets of each.

The National teams that play at home, choose the blue teams according to the objectives that were destined in the lineup register by each National coach, as well as the National teams that play away choose the red teams according to the objectives that were destined in the lineup register by each National Coach.

Leagues must be created on September 10 at the following time:

Between 16:00 and 18:00 CEST.

When the counter reaches 0, the league creation period begins, which will end 2 hours later.

PMs must send invitations to all coaches in their leagues in a row and as soon as they create the leagues.

Although this procedure is not defined in terms of time in the WNC U21 2022 Regulations, we appeal to everyone's Fair Play.

In the event of any irregularity related to the sending of invitations, which is demonstrated by means of images, the WNC staff will intervene and apply the appropriate penalty to the National team of the offending PM.

The names of managers in these lists are correct and this is the correct way to write them. The names of the leagues must be exactly like written here and the PM should respect this indications.

We advise PM's to copy the names that are in the list of the respective league, and add these managers to the list of your friends in the game, in order to be easier when sending invitations to the league.

We ask the PM's that, in case they are not available to create their Leagues at the specific time, to contact the WNC staff or your National Coaches, to avoid delays or advances in the creation of Leagues to avoid penalties and delays in starting the Group Stage.

We also ask, as a courtesy, to the PM's to send a message through the game, to the managers of the Leagues they will create, informing them of the approximate time they will create them.

Attention! This action is not mandatory, just a way for everyone to organize themselves, in order to enter their respective Leagues as soon as possible and thus all have equal opportunities.

We advise managers to pay attention when choosing teams to avoid penalties.

Now let's publish a short walkthrough to help PMs create leagues.

Select the league Friendly Battle with a cost of 200 BC.

Go to the definitions first

Change the NAME of the league.

STEP 5

Enter the league and choose your team and then send the invites to the managers.

As defined in the WNC U21 regulations and already explained here, no National team will create leagues more than 2 times, and each National team must create the league at least 1 time.

As well as the result of the R2 draw, the R3 matches were also defined and which National teams will create the leagues in the final round, by calendar adjustment and also by the number of times each National team created leagues.

The only qualifying group that has not yet been defined who will be the National teams that will create the leagues in R3, is Group B, because with the result of the R2 draw, all National teams will have created the leagues 1 time between R1 and to R2. To settle this issue, we will carry out a new draw that will define which National teams will create the R3 leagues in this group.
