Day Event: Extreme Training
Starts: September 26, 07:00am CEST - Ends: September 26, 11:59pm CESTAre you tired of waiting 8 hours until your player is done Training? Then the Extreme Training Event is for you!
Your players finish Training in 4 hours and get extra training progression!
Make sure you claim your training progression before the Event ends! Any Training claimed after the Event ends is without extra progression.

@alyssagb Have there been changes recently concerning players above skill level 105? I notice that even with this higher progression 23 year old Rice can only progress 20%, he has skill level 109. This while Ndidi, who is 25 years old and has skill level 101 can progress at least 60% (can't fully see how much he can improve after increasing to 102).
This is just an example from my Napoli team, but I see the same thing at the training of my English teams. Have there been any changes or is this a bug?
@koningco_nl I think it has been this way for a while now. After 105 its very hard to progress any further, It's just hoping for a golden "bonus" session where the player progresses a whole bar.

Yes, it could be for about a month or 2 months, we don't notice this immediately when we start with a new team.
But I still don't understand why GB doesn't communicate about this kind of changes (or bugs). Training is a vital part of OSM, so communication about changes is important. In this case I think it's a positive change, it makes the game more realistic.

The progression of your players also increases, so players develop faster during Training and Friendlies.
As if that's not enough, there is also the possibility to put 6 players on the Transfer List. The chances of these players being sold are also higher.
Take advantage of this Event to build a stronger team than your opponents!

@alyssagb I think the higher training progression is not working properly for players above skill level 110, the progression is less than 20% of a skill level for my teams which are all above 110 after about 30 rounds in the English and Italian league.

@boulidinho hey you should be happy having 3 events on one day we also saw this but maybe they did a little mistake whike announcing as Transfer deadline day never had the option of adding 6 players on transfer list

This weekend's event: Golden Legends
Starts: September 30, 10:00am CEST - Ends: October 2, 09:00am CESTThis Event is especially for the older players, because only they will get more training progression this weekend. So take this opportunity to boost the ratings of your old players now!
Old top footballers will also appear on the Transfer List daily this weekend. Be quick and buy your Legend before your opponent buys him!
FYI: to buy a Legend on the Transfer List, you pay the normal Club Funds amount + 100 Boss Coins.

Shouldnt they be shorter like with the training talents and training madness?
I know the extreme progression event is also 8 hours long, but now that you have made the weekend event a day shorter, shouldnt it be fair the you make the timers shorter too?
I mean, with these kind of events, starting each Friday 10:00AM, how many people can you realistically train till Sunday 09;00AM? Like about 5 times you can train a player from each position.
Not that many. So I/we can't really benefit thΓ‘t much with this event because of the 8 hour timers.
So maybe thats something to consider? You could make the event a little longer, like for instance the full Sunday so you can have another event on Monday. Or just make the timers 4 hours. That makes the most sense and benefits everyone. -
