MANAGERS WORLD CUP 2022Greetings friends! Let me introduce myself, I'm Alberto (alberto el torto in OSM) organizer of several unofficial tournaments in the Hispanic and world community. On this occasion I took the audacity to present you this new cup called
Managers world Cup 2022Due to the lack of individual tournaments in communities worldwide, I present this serious project. The idea is to consolidate an individual tournament where the different managers, from the different communities, can enjoy an individual cup. Below is the content of the tournament.
Cup content
Round 1
It will be made up of 10 leagues of 20 teams each. The number of leagues can be increased depending on the number of manager registrations.
In this Round, 6 managers per league qualify for the semifinal phase.SEMIFINAL
It will be made up of 6 leagues of 10 teams each.
In this phase, 2 managers per league qualify for the next phase (final)FINAL
It will be made up of 12 managers.Requirements to enter the cup.
Fill out the pre-registration form.
Have a minimum of 6 months with the account.
Regulation and sanctions of the competition.
The purchases and sales of players between managers of the same league are prohibited (Penalty -9 points)
If a manager resigns from a league, he will not be able to participate for the next edition.
Bad team choice (Penalty -9 points)
Bad creation of a league (-9 points). In this case, the league must be created again either with the same moderator, or with another manager of the same league (prior draw). The preseason of the poorly created league must be expected.
Managers have 24 hours to enter the leagues. If it does not enter, it is replaced with one of the reserves.
If after the 24-hour period the manager manages to enter, he will have a sanction of (-3 points).
Players cannot be placed out of position (penalty -6 points per game)
League invitations must be sent within the established period. Failure to comply in the period (Sanction -3 points).
Creation of the leagues
The moderators, or league creators, will be selected by lottery. In any case, in the registration form, there is a question about whether you want to be a league moderator.
League moderators can select the team they want.

We are pleased to announce INTERNATIONAL CREWS ARENA 2022, which will fill the void left by the suspension of WGC 2022.
Together with 5 more managers from the international community, each one representing one of the communities present in this competition, and responding to the interest shown by the representatives of the crews that had previously registered at WGC 22, in competing we decided to go ahead with this proposal.
We are finalizing the fundamental aspects of the competition, namely the definitive regulation, and we hope to present this solution to the representatives of the crews involved shortly.
A WhatsApp channel was created to welcome these representatives and who will be given the opportunity, through a vote, to decide the most important aspects of this competition.
In this channel there will be support for the 5 languages of the 5 communities present, guaranteed by the 5 permanent members of the organization. The forms and the final competition rules will also be provided in 5 languages, so that everyone can perfectly understand the competition rules and can respond correctly to the forms created to support the competition.
The official language of the competition will be Spanish and in this topic all users must use only this language, being able to use the competition email or WhatsApp channel to use your native language which will have the respective support.
Finally, we would like to thank the support shown by all the crews that were contacted, in order to support this solution.

While this is really nice and we want to keep them going it's also a problem for us because if we've a topic for every single one, it's impossible to manage forum and also doesn't leave any space for us to have topics about the game itself.
This being said, I'm sorry to say, but we'll be closing all the topics about ALL non official events. You should use this central topic to announce your event, explain how it will work, how users should apply, etc, etc...
If we decide to allow one event to have it's own topic, we'll create the topic ourselves and we'll set a title where it clearly states that topic was authorized.
It doesn't matter if it's an individual event or a crew one. All non-official events, can only be advertised/discussed on this topic. All events topics created without permission will be deleted!

But the WNC Organization had to go ahead, and when I told him I wanted to continue this marvelous tournament "if he would allow it", he welcomed it and then I started working on it with my own team.
Now, we will continue this tournament by changing the format a little, adhering to the country/point system that Paulo created. As for the schedule, we aim to start the tournament around the 1st week of April.

Before the end of
WNC U21 2022I had the opportunity to talk to Orçun and invite him to join the new WNC staff that would prepare the launch ofWNC 2023, an invitation that he accepted with great energy and enthusiasm. Unfortunately, for personal and professional reasons, I was the one who had to "give up" my contribution to the WNC staff and consequently toWNC 2023.Today, with this announcement of the launch of
WNC 2023by our friend Orçun and the team he put together to help him manage all aspects of the competition, I am extremely pleased as I know of his ability and availability to maintainWNC 2023as the most important competition in National teams of the OSM universe.
I believe that the community will react positively to this announcement and will once again support the continuation of the WNC project, this time with a new team that has already proven its organizational capacity in the recently ended
International Crews Arena 2022, which took place in the topic of the La Selecion crew in the Hispanic community.
I hope that not only the community supports this initiative, but that the management of the OSM community in the person of @SpecialOne also approves the continuation of this project now presented and authorizes the use of the topic previously created for this purpose.

Taking a break is absolutely ok, but a comeback after 2 or more season will limit the maximum possible league to Development League.
