Sadly communication and user support is at its lowest level since 2010 (then I started tracking forums and play game more seriously)... so It is not surprising anymore.
Recently they are only focused on money money money, and user experience and game quality is obviously low priority atm.

HelloI completely agree with you because we are also confronted with this problem, we manage a crew, people are less and less present because communication is very bad on OSM. yet nothing complicated to do that to motivate people I think people have to wake up quickly and stop playing to make them understand our frustration
I think he must take into account our need it is important for the continuity of this gamebut hey, I don't expect anything from them because they don't take into account the feedback from people who play this game

@El-fen贸meno_R9 totally agree with you! they put their interests first, just to line their pockets! the latest updates took a lot of players who have been playing since 2012

The battles since the packs to buy virtual money were implemented are totally a pay2win matter.
What a shame... Never thought that you could be able to ruin the game this way.

Day Event: Transfer Deadline Day
Starts: January 31, 07:00am CET - Ends: January 31, 11:59pm CETTransfer Deadline Day, that means a faster Scout & higher selling chance!
Your Scout will return with players after 2 hours instead of 16 and the chance of selling players on the Transfer List will be much higher!

1 suggestion; perhaps you can make the clock point at 2 so it indicates the timer correctly. Now it's a bit confusing, because if you look at the picture only it appears like 4 hours.

Starts: February 1, 07:00am CET - Ends: February 1, 11:59pm CETAre you tired of waiting 8 hours until your player is done Training? Then the Extreme Training Event is for you!
Your players finish Training in 2 hours and get extra training progression!
Make sure you claim your training progression before the Event ends! Any Training claimed after the Event ends is without extra progression.

Based on what do they have to announce the monthly schedule? Exactly, nothing. This is a bonus for people who visit the forum. Users that play solely on app only know which event arrives when the event is active, and not a day or even weeks before it. So, be happy they announce events a day prior to the start on the forum.
As for the current month: they will not post that anymore as we are already halfway through. Next month they will post the monthy schedule again

We'll try our best to announce on this topic all the events we'll be running every month.
While we're aware that it won't be always possible to do it and that we won't be able to please everybody neither manage to do it with some days in advance, we'll try our best to please most of you and don't be late often. Our aim will be to never be late, but....

Starts: February 6, 07:00am CET - Ends: February 6, 11:59pm CETThe Extraordinary Scout is back! During this event, your Scout will be back from his trip in 2 hours instead of 16.
Not only is he faster, but he will also be back with better deals. Your chance to bolster your Squad in all the right places!
NOTE: Community feedback is that this event doesn't work if we don't sell players, so we decided to test it with an increase on sale chance. Sale chance will be halfway between normal sale chance and sale chance from transfer events.
