Dear,
During the last few days my slot 1 training timer is at 4 hours and the other slots at 8 hours. I notice a significant difference in the transfer volume in Slot 1 (much higher) than the other slots. Talked to colleagues, they reported reduced timers, but in different SLOTS. What is happening? -

@MarkusRW5 Not at all. I don't use real money in OSM, just for the record, it continues with reduced training in SLOT 1.

@SpecialOne I Play in tournament where transfer and training is not allowed... and I get this "reminder" 10 times per day (or even more) really I know that they are not in training... same like I make training in morning (about 8 morning, it is finish 16) and not start another training before simulation (about 21:30) and again this "reminder" coaming too many times

They were not, but there was a reason for that. Just as @jasiuk88 said.

Getting a notification read isn't hard to do -
Idea behind this notification is (as you guys noticed) to remind users that they left OSM without setting players in training.
When is this notification sent?
- When there's still time to train players before atch been played;
- User left OSM and didn't set players on training
- The only limitation implemented was that notifications will be sent per user and not per slot
We'll be setting a limit to reduce this 'spamming'

@SpecialOne thansk for showing, that we can deactivate the training reminder. As well, due to the changes, my question regarding the training on this weekend was only, because maybe you have implemented some changes. No bad habbits.
Just as an user, it would be great, when there is a changelog for us to see what changes has been done. Maybe you can add this to the "Community" menu in the game to see:
Version 3.174.0:- Added training reminder and deactivation button in app
- changes abcde....
would be very helpful, even for you, because then there are e.g., not 42 threads about "why is training 4 hrs" or similiar.

Not that we didn't thought about it already, but at this point there are major and critical stuff that require our devvers time (not visible to community, but i can assure you that a lot of things are being done). And no, it's not only paying options. There are some, it's a fact...
The main thing is that our users just don't read. Not on forums, not on Discord, not on FB.... not even in App. We use to announce updates in here, it required some work from us to do it and we still had same questions...
I can give you a pratical example of how things are:
- Some time ago there was a bug that affected around one thousand users. We send an ingame message to all those users with a code to claim compensation. I can assure you that not even 100 claimed that compensation....

@SpecialOne thanks for comming back on this, and i think you are right. But I personally think, that especially the crews, which are in the top100 or trying to get there are interested in changes, which impact the gameplay.
Due to I assume, the game is developed in a kind of scrum, maybe the bigger changes (reduction of training times, inventory, ...) can be communicated earlier to reduce the displeasure in the forum and on discord.
I'm sure, the people who care about the game will read it, and will be thankful to be involved earlier.Thanks at all for your work end effort, even if sometimes the words written are kind of ironic or slightly rougher.
PS: Just give me the compensation not claimed
