Can't connect on OSM - Server problems

Where to insert the codes? Is it only in the computer or in my cell phone too? I can't find it!
In both platforms: Webb and Smartphone
Webb - Go to the Club then Free Boss Coins and click Promo Code
And where can I answer the surveys? It appeared on my phone and then I couldn't find it anymore! Is it because of all the problmes with the server?
Most of the offers in there were Scams and you never get the BCs. For this reason they are shut down.

The surveys were fine, and the only way to get enough free Boss Coins to compete without spending. The offers were scams, but the surveys were paying out.

I can't connent to OSM both in the app and in the web version.

@alyssagb For your notes, this connection problem has started when OSM try to implement the new feature named "Specific Position".
I desperately hope OSM fix this problem as soon as possible because it's already happen for a month until now and getting worse since last week.

Unfortunately we still don't have any news when this will be solved. It's not on our side.
We've to rely on external companies to solve it.
We're pressing them to have it fixed ASAP. -
Android crashes
Yesterday, Google has updated a system app for all Android users, named Android System WebView. This update seems to have a bug, what caused a lot of apps on Android to crash. It affected also OSM.Google fixed the bug, so you've to update the following apps to the latest version via the Google PlayStore:
- Android System WebView
- Google Chrome

Hello.
There were problems in the servers during 20:30h until now (portuguese time). Me and a hundreds of other managers weren't able to align our teams, and in my match I lost and had 3 red cards that harm me a lot for the game tomorrow.
You just have to cancel the simulations during the time when it was impossible to connect to OSM and give us the possibility to play the matches again. If you don't do that all the leagues played on that time will be a fraud because the results are falsified. I hope you have common sense and understand us.

@WarriorFCP Happened to me as well, sold a goalkeeper 5mins before simulation and almost failed to line up a new one. In a final of the tournament.. so annoying.. and we dont even have a single appology or info about that..
