Lower divisions - Suggestion for game improvement

Could it be considered to manage and promote lower-tier teams for example to the Premier League, starting with the fifth tier of English football and promoting a team to the Premier League as an option? I think that is something that a large number of managers would want, so it would be desirable to consider in the future. Also, the introduction of the Europa League and the Conference League would give this game a boost to grow and develop. Thank you for considering the suggestions offered.

thank you for your suggestions,
as we knows, OSM are keep delivering news update to managers, like crew battle which always updated to a new league periodically.
so, in my opinion it's just a matter of time only before we get new league update.
