    Good afternoon, OSM team. First, I want to say that OSM has been my favorite game since I discovered it in 2022, but I feel like it's currently stagnant. It's always the same: you enter a league or tournament, sign and sell, tactics, etc. That's why I have a recommendation that would make OSM more dynamic and entertaining.

    Specific Instructions: I would love for one player for each position to receive specific instructions, for example: Defender: Move up to the corner, mark yourself for x player on the other team (no need to mark yourself personally), go on the counterattack (no need to play on the counterattack). Forward: Stay high, drop back to defend (without changing your play style), and so on for all positions.

    Substitutions: Before a match, a section could be created to schedule 3 substitutions, select 3 players to come off and 3 to come on, and be able to choose the minute of the substitution. That would be great.

    That matches can be viewed in a different way, such as through an aerial camera, like in FIFA.

    More playing styles improve overall tactics. For example: playing vertical attacks, set pieces, etc.

    Time-wasting: Being able to give instructions before a match and, if the result goes in their favor, waste time. It seems very unfair, but there's also the possibility that the opponent will score a goal for changing their playing style, or that the referee will show them a yellow card.

    Artificial Intelligence: AI is very easy to access these days, and I think its inclusion would improve the game. If AI is too complex or expensive to implement, it can only be used in the most popular leagues or those with the largest number of players, such as the Big 5, the Champions League (obviously), and other major tournaments.

    Conduct surveys: When changes are wanted to the game, coaches could be surveyed. These surveys would be in-game (not on Discord or the forum, since not all coaches are there), in the news section, or by creating a new section for them.

    Revert to the previous aesthetic: The game's current aesthetic (typography and shape of the player cards) is HORRIBLE. Three months ago, the game looked beautiful and very pretty, but now it looks HORRIBLE. My personal opinion. They could use surveys for this.

    I'll sign off and hope you take some of the recommendations into account, as I feel the game is stagnant and sometimes boring. The updates have been the same for YEARS: improvements to the game's interface and aesthetics (although they've recently worsened it), more modernization, but it's always the same.

    Yup, one of the main OSM problem is stagnation and lack of dedication shown towards improvement. Sometimes it feels that it is goind bacwards instead of forwards.

    @Majstor-Matt
    There idea is to “improve individual osm experience”. Despite the obvious fact that they should be working on improving the communities, which, as you can see, are dead

    By day: professional osm player (member of gns crew), and professional 3rd half player
    By night: worker in the osm xi research department of the soccer/football research department of the sports research department of the supa top secret un detectable un destroyable research centre.

    If we actually WANT anything to happen, rather than sit around and say “this game is getting deader” “all GB are interested in is making us buy boss coins!”, then maybe for once in your lifetime, y’all would think about saying this together as a group, or supporting others who share the same vision as you.

    You’re right, the only reason i play this game is because i’ve made a lot of friends here, and i enjoy playing leagues or doing crew battles TOGETHER with them, i’m not interested AT ALL about my “individual” experience.

    Sorry guys, a question: how does the game engine determines who wins the league when two or more teams are equal on points?

    If 2 or more teams are tied at the end of the league, it is determined by goal difference.

    I was thinking maybe there should be a special winner's cup for those who just won their 5th every june, every september for their 10th and 25+ for december. they should also serve qualifiers for a newer one representing someone's country (e.g.: if there are 4 somalis and one needs to be represented, the winner should be 1 and they can pick one of their winner cup sides or just their national team)
