I am yet to see any Australian, since I am Australian it would good to make a crew with the fellow Aussies out there.

Hi, if you set your country on your profile as Australia you can check managers from Australia through the ranking.
The forum is not for managers to look for others from their nationality but to discuss about the game and game play.
