If you create a league before 19:00 the matchday will be simulated the same day.
I think in our league the 1st prep day is already over, so that means we can buy and sell players now?

Penalties will only be awarded when the ttransfer is made on the 1st day of the preparation. It doesn't matter if the league was open on the server one hour before or one hour after the simulation. It's a nothing strange in the batlles OSM :ok_hand_tone1:.

Should not be punished because it was updated and Dovco very late gave info after logging in by some players

You are an old OSM manager with a lot of experience. Do you really think that it is possible to simulate in the new league a few minutes after its creation? I have created many leagues, often before contractual simulation time, and there has always been 1 preparatory day which lasts about 24 h, maybe 22 h, but not a few minutes or an hour! Is it really important in this? Do we really care about every detail?The league is created, the first day will pass, no matter when and we will start to have fun with transfers.

Date: 13th June 2017.
Time: between 18:00 - 23:59 serwer time.
I do not intend to punish anyone for creating a league a little earlier and there is no appeal against this decision :ok_hand_tone1:.

Dovco did not give very late because he had been writing about it in this forum for several times. First time: 2 days ago! You have to read the tournament topic - this is the task of the captain :ok_hand_tone1:.

Yes I think it's possible that a matchday is simulated few minutes after the league was created.
My crewmate created the league about 18:30h and the first simulations starts at 19:00 server time.
Also I have put all my club funds on savings (I had 0 money), but after 2 hours 350k appeared in my club funds...That's happening only after a matchday is finished, so I think we are in 2nd prep day right now.

Hi mates, we create the League and sent invitations to the three members of the Paranoic Managers of their lineup that belongs to their crew.
As sign of friendship from us I tell you that if they want to put other two players in the lineup that belongs to their Crew we will not ask for a penalty. We wanna only play.
