Your opponent is right that every transfer is a transfer on the first day of preparation. Does not matter, who buys, man or computer. But opponents set up league 24 hours after the start time of 2nd round. That is not good either. Will be fair as none of you will get a penalty. And that is my decision. Play, please, guys

You are playing with your crew a private competition made by some users and if you want to play, you must respect rules that they wrote and if you are not agree, i don't know why you are interest to play a competition where you don't like rules. You always can make your own crew competition like our mates are doing here and set rules that you prefer! -

Please can you confirm maximum 500 point penalty, as they have had 24 hours extra transfer activity than our crew.OK, but these transfers can not be punished because they are all done on the 2nd day of preparation. Do I see it wrong?
