A member of our team bought 3 (three) players to other players. Both captains agreed that there's a penalty. What we don't agree about is the penalty our crew receives. As the rules say, we receive a penalty of -50 each transfer (total of -150). The captain from Uruguay says we should receive 3 minor penalties from the score table which score goes up to -200. The rules are very clear about that: "Transfers between human managers are prohibited. They are only allowed transfers with the CPU. Each transfer out of that standard costs -50 points."
So I need confirmation fron the staff that the penalty is -150 and not -200.

1 Minor = 50 Penalty Points
"Transfers between human managers are prohibited. They are only allowed transfers with the CPU. Each transfer out of that standard costs -50 points ( 1 Minor Penalties ) ." -
3 Minor = 200 Penalty Points
Explanation
Breaching any of the regulations directing collusion are penalized as follows:- 1st and 2nd offences: -50 points each
- 3rd and 4th offences: -100 points each

I needed to review the original WNT topic to review my decision.
The WNT does not follow the rules of the Battlepedia, for this reason, different scores for the same case should not be considered.
In the WNT, each transfer between humans costs - 50 points. Therefore, they are - 150 penalty points.
