Resigning from a club

Can I Join a La Liga league again (in my case) or am I 'banned' from any La Liga "server"?

if you resign from an league you cant join again in the same league. You either choose a new league or you create your own league.

Hi, yes you can join any other Spanish league you like, but note that you can't re-join the same/particular league which you resigned from incase you regret your decision in future.
