Taking occupied clubs

I couldn't seem to find this in here but I wanted to know exactly what happens when you use boss coins to manage a team that has been taken by another manager. I just want to know if you get thrown in a league that doesn't have that team taken or will it actually kick that manager off that team and make them pick a new one?
