Qual é o navegador que estás a usar? O Mozilla Firefox é o aconselhado para o OSM!!
Tens os cookies, ficheiros temporários e cache do navegador limpos?
Após fazeres a limpeza, se continuar a falhar, podes disponibilizar imagens com o link, a data e a hora visível que comprovem a situação?
