Don't put M next to the value, it turns it qualitative so you can't say less than or greater than when filtering. Just assume it's always in terms of millions

how can I add players there Im registered and have access on it?

Go to OSM players and click on the relevant box in the excel sheet.

Err.. its hard for me to add there players, I have to add 2-3 times the same one... I will share here my experience time to time

Could you explain a little more what actually happens? You click once and each field opens up. The only kind of tricky section is the add club and author. I find it very user friendly and as an amateur techie better than a lot of online excel systems.
What system you using - operating and browser?

It would help if you explain the issues you are having when adding new players @bearded-conte. As @Hans-Orf said, this is supposed to be a very intuitive system.
