OSM WC 2018 Edition

I read of course all your messages but sorry, it's always the same thing and my response is similar always... I understand you all about your position and viewpoint, some things are more or less logical and others are only lack of information about how others editions worked!
It's funny to talk about compare OSM WC and Russia WC... Russia WC doesn't have a lot of cheaters!

When i made first topic post (November '17) i was sure that i will set OSM WC 2018 places number when i got the provisional WC list. You can give thanks to all users that can't respect OSM rules but i'm sure that you all are happier users if you come to a public topic and talk about a bad organization.

Maybe you all can try to organize WC 2019, i have pairs of boot for everyone that wants to put in my situation! Until then, i will continue sending invitations to those users that get a place.

Maybe if OSM WC 2019 has 144 places again, nobody complain with that. I don't know if i will organize it but, when 2018 edition reach the end i'm open to listen suggestions about minor or major changes to improve the competition

Mate, don't get confused about the fear of a ban with a lack of complaining.
Where a ban means a goodbye to the WC.

From Wednesday until today, i have been done the followings things about OSM WC:

• Teams updated.
• All 144 users got an invitation, around 110 already reply and all of them accept it!
• Preparing everything about 1st round stage.
• Lock some cheaters accounts found during WC list checking.

Maybe today i will send messages to some users that got a reserve place. If i still have free time, i will continue punishing some cheaters!

I talk just about "the most difficult thing". The previous EM simply asked for a help from CMs and every year there was a team of 3-4 guys who did this hard work.
In this way, his life was "saved", as number of partecipants.

BTW, was only a curiosity.

• 20 qualified managers didn't give reply yet. (Deadline - Wednesday 27th)
• 22 of 26 reserves already replied me and are agree to be part of this WC edition if finally they got a free place.
  I'm thinking about send 5-10 more PM to the next reserves in the list.

I will public 1st stage groups next Thursday, 28th June and don't forget that we need at least 12 potential moderators to send invitations the day that leagues will be created.
Without moderators, we can't play this competition so feel free to send me a private message and let me know if you can help to make it possible as soon as possible

No league moderator before 2nd July = League deleted and all 12 managers will be disqualified!

WHAT HAPPEN NOW?

Between today and tomorrow, I will send one PM to each participant with his/her group information and 1st stage beggining date, have a free slot 2nd July as maximum, etc.

Each league moderator will receive another message about slot that they will use to play the league, team that they want to have and other useful data about their duty!

Don't forget that:

• We have some subs and they will replace someone that don't enter in the league after 48 hours.
• If you received some days ago the message to be part of WC 2018 and you didn't response, you lose your place! You can answer it now and if you was in the 144 first, I can accept you as reserve but all subs that we already have will go before you.

I'm working in WC during this week and prepare everything to not have any problem... I hope it deserves and you all make me happy!

Normally, league will be created during morning. Don't worry about it, as soon as leagues are created, i will let you know
