Is it possible to exchange players between clubs?

Recently I've wanted to offer a player and some cash rather than straight cash for the rights to the opposing team's player; however, I found that I wasn't able to do it, or I just couldn't find how to do it. Is it possible to offer another club a player and cash or just have a straight player for player exchange? If so, how? Thanks.

@y0ung-klng Make the exchange between one of your players and one of yours: you take it at a very high price and with the same money you get your player at ridiculous price. You can also do the negotiation making you return only part of the money you gave him. Ciao. Andrea-Roma-Italy
