Always 'locked teams'

I like this game and have played a couple of seasons, but I would like to play with a top-team in the Dutch competition (Ajax, PSV or Feyenoord). But those 3 are always 'locked' and you have to give 200 boss coins to get it. Is that the only way or can you select them 'for free' by one way or another?

Yes you can get those teams for free but it'll take a lot of searching and luck since these teams are mostly the first pick for almost all managers.
However, you can create your own league where you get to pick first the team you like.
