★Star Cup★ - 1st Edition

This is our 1st Edition, the participating groups were selected some PT-BR, among other invited Latin Americans. We have a planning so that in the next edition we can open registrations to the whole world, and so that the number of groups involved is from 16 to 32 groups. I hope you understand.

The competition will operate around 2 switches with 4 groups each. The 1st and 2nd of the respective groups go to the semifinal and the winners of these, will dispute the final.

In the event of a tie at the end of the group stage, they will be untied through the following factors:

Balance of points
Result of direct confrontation between those involved

GENERAL RULES:
Based on Battlepedia and OSM Rules.
Transfers allowed from server 00h. (Subject to 50 points penalty)
Friendly game banned against members of the opposing group. (Subject to a penalty of 50 points for each friendly run)
Allowed 4 Training camps and 6 secret training sessions for each trainer in each battle.
Choose the wrong team. (Subject to a penalty of 250 points)

I wish everyone a lot of luck !! If possible and if there is a penalty principle, communicate with the opposing captain in private so as not to disturb.
